BEFORE THE TOUR:
Participation in tours is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to prepare adequately, which includes bringing appropriate clothing, footwear, drinking water, and necessary protection against weather conditions.
Tours will proceed rain or shine; however, they may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of severe weather. Guests who provide contact information will be notified if a tour is delayed or canceled.
CityShuffles and our scheduled guides are available via text and email to address any questions regarding weather, traffic, or event delays. However, guests are responsible for their arrival and departure arrangements related to the tour.
The booking party is responsible for communicating all relevant information regarding the tour and our Terms and Conditions to any other participants included in the reservation.

DURING THE TOUR:
Tours are conducted in urban environments. Please utilize designated pathways, remain with the tour group, and exercise caution when navigating roads, bike paths, and any obstacles present on the sidewalk.
In the event of unexpected circumstances, such as construction or parades, please follow the directions provided by the tour guide to ensure safe passage.
Minors must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times during the tour.
Tours primarily take place outdoors. Our guides will use their discretion to delay, conclude early, or redirect tours based on weather conditions. Guests are responsible for their own safety throughout the tour, which includes adhering to the guide’s instructions regarding seeking safe cover, following the guide during rerouting, and safely departing the tour area if the tour concludes prematurely.

AFTER THE TOUR:
Your contact information will be used exclusively for registration and to keep you informed about updates related to the specific tour you reserved. This includes sharing your contact details with the assigned guide, who may reach out for feedback following the tour.
